Our telehealth urgent care services include treatment for minor medical problems that require prompt attention but aren’t life threatening such as UTIs, flu, URIs, Conjunctivitis, etc. We do not treat emergent conditions, or issues requiring hands on assessment such as Abdominal pain, Headaches, Stroke symptoms, Chest pain, Head injuries, Burns, Fractures, Fever accompanied by a rash, Neck pain, Seizures, Vaginal bleeding during Pregnancy, etc.
Please call 911 for any emergencies!
Antibiotics are used to treat bacterial infections. They will not help a viral infection. During your appointment, the provider will assess your situation and will prescribe antibiotics only when medically appropriate.
Taking an antibiotic unnecessarily involves risk as they can produce side effect, and more importantly, overuse of antibiotics causes resistance and makes them less effective when you really need them.
Patient satisfaction is one of our highest priorities and we want you to be happy with the care you receive, however a high-quality medical provider will always do what is in your best interest and protect your health and well-being, even when you do not agree.
We prescribe Paxlovid to adults with mild to moderate COVID-19 who are at increased risk of progression to severe disease or death.
Prescriptions require a visit with one of our Providers, and we may potentially prescribe temporary refills pending your appt with your PCP. However, we cannot provide refill prescriptions for controlled substances or birth control.
