For virtual appointments a link will be provided for you to join right before your appointment.
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
We are proud to offer Telehealth visits for individuals who may not be able to leave their homes. Virtual visits allow patients to receive professional care in the comfort and privacy of their home or desired location.
