A provider interfaces with you via video/audio. They complete a comprehensive history and assessment, and develop a plan of care that may include treatment and follow up as needed.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently self-pay with plans to accept insurance in the future.
How to schedule a visit
Click “appointments” to be seen as soon as possible- often within a day or two, or even same day in some cases. Please call 911 or go to the nearest ER for emergencies.
Emergency Care
it is important to note that Colton Healthcare Services PLLC does not provide emergency services and as such, does not serve as replacement for 911 or going to the ER

We treat patients age 12 and older
We can work alongside your primary care provider (PCP) and can forward all your records to your PCP at your request.
